Terms of Service

Welcome to Simple American Accent.

By accessing or using our website, services, or content, you agree to the following terms:

You agree to use this site and our programs only for lawful purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content or materials without permission.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at our sole discretion, including in cases of misuse, harassment, or violation of these terms.

All content, videos, materials, and systems provided through Simple American Accent are owned by Will Rosenberg (d/b/a Simple American Accent) and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use materials for personal learning only — not for resale or redistribution.

By purchasing any service, you agree to these payment and refund terms.
Except where explicitly stated below or required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable.

The Start offer includes review of submitted audio and one (1) live 1:1 review session.
The live review session must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. If not scheduled within 30 days, the service expires and is considered delivered.
A refund may be requested within 24 hours after completion of the live 1:1 review session.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within that 24-hour window. After 24 hours, the purchase is final.
If the client fails to attend the scheduled review session, the satisfaction guarantee does not apply.

Month-to-month coaching renews automatically each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Commitment plans constitute a fixed-term service agreement for the full term selected at enrollment and are not month-to-month subscriptions.
By enrolling in a commitment plan, you agree to pay the full amount of the selected term regardless of early termination, non-attendance, reduced participation, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not relieve payment obligations.
If a commitment plan is paid in installments, the full commitment amount remains owed. Early cancellation does not void or reduce remaining installment payments.

Coaching provides access to one (1) live Zoom session per week within posted availability, plus support as described at enrollment.
Access to scheduled session availability constitutes delivery of the service, whether or not the client attends.
Sessions not attended are forfeited. Missed sessions are not credited, refunded, or carried forward.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
All session scheduling is based on U.S. Central Time (CT). Clients are responsible for adjusting for local time zone and daylight savings differences.
Posted availability may change over time with reasonable notice.
If a standing weekly time is established, changes are subject to availability and mutual agreement.

By enrolling in any program, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may constitute a breach of these Terms.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer accommodations or exceptions in specific cases. Such accommodations do not modify, waive, or establish a precedent for future situations.

By using our site or services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data, including your right to request deletion.
We may work with employees, contractors, or third-party providers to help operate the business and deliver services. These parties are expected to follow reasonable confidentiality and data-handling standards.

We make no guarantees about your results — progress depends on many factors, including your own effort and practice.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of this site or our programs.

We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated terms.

If Simple American Accent is ever sold, merged, or restructured, these terms will continue to apply and any user agreements or rights may transfer to the new entity.
