Privacy-Protecting Measures

• No cookies or cross-site tracking tools are used on this site.
• We use Plausible Analytics to gather anonymous website-usage data.
• We don't share your data with advertisers or ad platforms.

Where We May Collect and Store Data

• If you click a link from social media, chat, or email, a handle or email address may be passed in the URL to help identify your application (no cookies used).
• We may log your IP address and browser/device info when you interact with our forms — even if you don't submit.
• Application forms may save your answers step by step as you progress.
• We use services like SurveyMonkey, Airtable, Calendly, Zoom, Otter, ManyChat, and ActiveCampaign to manage info when you fill out a form or book a call.
• If you become a client, we use Stripe, QBO, AWS, Render, Loom, and other tools to process and deliver your program.
• Authorized employees or contractors may access your data only as needed to operate or improve our services, and are bound by confidentiality.

Data Retention & Deletion

• We may retain the following data types indefinitely unless you request deletion:
  • Application data (submitted and partial)
  • Call and meeting records (including recordings, transcripts, and notes)
  • Payment records and internal communications
  • Client progress and support history
• We retain this data to track interest, improve services, provide long-term support, and follow up when relevant.
• If Simple American Accent is ever sold, merged, or restructured, user data may be transferred as part of that process — in line with this policy.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time — just email us.
• This list reflects the typical types of data we collect and store, but it may not be exhaustive. Other related data may be collected as needed to operate and improve our services.
